MagicMoneyMachine grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal trading purposes, subject to the tier purchased (Starter, Pro, or Lifetime).

The Software is a tool, not a financial advisor. All trading signals, screener scores, strategy recommendations, and automated actions are algorithmic outputs, not investment advice. See our Risk Disclosure for full details.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
In no event shall the developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or business interruption.

The Software runs locally on your machine. Your API keys, trading data, and personal information are stored locally and are NOT transmitted to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We may release updates to improve functionality or fix bugs. Updates are optional but recommended. We are not obligated to provide updates, support, or maintenance.
Your license may be terminated if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Software.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
